Welcome to Netora: WiFi Tools ("the App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

The App is designed to help users manage and organize Wi-Fi information, view network details, generate and scan Wi-Fi QR codes, perform network-related utilities, and access other available features.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• The Wi-Fi networks and passwords you save in the App.
• Ensuring that you have authorization to access any Wi-Fi network whose information you store or share.
• Maintaining the security of your device and any information stored within the App.

You must not use the App to access, share, or distribute unauthorized network credentials.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, logos, software, and features within the App are the property of the developer or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or reproduce any part of the App without prior written permission.

4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

The App may offer optional premium subscriptions or lifetime purchases.

Subscriptions are processed securely through Apple's App Store.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID upon confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings.
• Lifetime purchases are one-time purchases that provide access to eligible premium features for the lifetime of the App, subject to future product availability.

Free features remain available without requiring a subscription unless otherwise stated.

5. Advertisements

The free version of the App may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising services.

Purchasing a premium subscription may remove advertisements where applicable.

6. Face ID and Device Security

If enabled, the App may use Face ID or your device passcode to protect access to saved information.

Biometric authentication is handled entirely by your device. The App does not collect or store biometric information.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App, including but not limited to:

• Loss of saved information
• Network interruptions
• Device issues
• Data loss
• Service interruptions

8. Disclaimer

The App is intended for personal and lawful use only.

The App does not:

• Recover Wi-Fi passwords from networks you do not own or have permission to access.
• Provide unauthorized access to Wi-Fi networks.
• Bypass network security.
• Hack or crack Wi-Fi passwords.

Users are responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding network access.

9. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services including:

• Firebase
• Google AdMob
• RevenueCat
• Apple In-App Purchases

These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated or if misuse of the App is detected.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Updated versions will become effective upon publication within the App or on the official website.

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
