End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: July 2026

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and the developer of Netora: WiFi Tools ("App").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. License

The developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with this Agreement.

2. Permitted Use

You may use the App to:

  • Save Wi-Fi network information for networks you own or are authorized to access.
  • Generate and scan Wi-Fi QR codes.
  • View network information.
  • Perform speed tests and other network utility functions.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the App.
  • Reverse engineer or decompile the App except where permitted by law.
  • Use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Wi-Fi networks using the App.

4. Subscriptions

Premium features may require a subscription or one-time purchase.

Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Subscriptions can be managed through your Apple ID account settings.

5. Ownership

The App, including all software, graphics, trademarks, and content, remains the property of the developer and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

The developer does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

9. Termination

This license automatically terminates if you violate this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and remove all copies from your devices.

10. Changes

The developer may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
